ARP are working with Oakford Homes to bring forward a scheme of high-density housing in the London Borough of Ealing.

 As an underused, unallocated employment site our case will show that the site does not need to be protected for employment purposes against a significant uplift in housing needs in Ealing as expressed through the new London Plan.

It will also show that a high-quality scheme of new housing can deliver benefits for the local area, while enhancing the amenity for residential neighbours, mitigating the impacts of noise from the adjacent rail line and delivering access improvements.
