ARP have acted for Dunmoore since their acquisition of the site in 2016. Despite its unallocated, greenfield status, ARP were able to demonstrate, by detailed analysis of the lack of delivery of good quality employment floorspace to meet projected needs, that this site should be granted planning permission as a departure from the development plan.

 

Important in demonstrating that permission should be granted was working closely with the Parish Council during the emergence of the Neighbourhood Plan, which acknowledged the need for well-located new employment sites at the edge of the settlement.

The site has and continues to be developed providing an important source of high-quality employment space and ancillary services to the town including a drive through coffee shop and popular petrol filling station. 

The site has provided an important new employment destination for national occupiers like Screwfix and Howdens and space for the expansion of successful local businesses like NYE Building Supplies.

ARP continues to work closely with Dunmoore and Horsham District Council to complete and further expand the business park.
